How can I find out the price of a product?

How can I order a product that I have seen on the website?

Are any products available for immediate dispatch?

Can I see a sample of a finish?

Can I customise a product?

What is your warranty?

B37 CTO Lighting Ltd and CTO Lighting Bv (referred to herein as CTO) guarantees its products are manufactured in accordance with the latest international standards. Components which develop faults, not caused by client's negligence, within the 12 month guarantee period will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Under no circumstances can the Company accept liability for labour charges, onsite issues, out of pocket expenses or damage incurred by defects however caused. If a defect occurs during the guarantee period set out, you should report it in writing to from who you purchased the products within 30 days of the defect being detected (in any case within the guarantee period set out). In the case of guarantee applicability, you should agree to allow the sales representative or CTO to examine the defect found, or to return the product to the sales representative or CTO, at our discretion. No return shall be accepted without permission in writing from the sales representative or CTO. Failure to observe the above shall be a waiver to the action undertaken. The guarantee replaces and excludes all other guarantees given expressly or implicitly, including the saleability or fitness of the product for a particular purpose. In no case shall CTO be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including without restriction damage to other goods and equipment, loss of profit or compensation for services.

How will my order be delivered?

Third-party courier services are used for delivery. Your Sales Representative will provide full tracking details for your delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What are the delivery costs?

Orders under £750 incur a delivery charge of £25. Orders under €750 incur a delivery charge of €35. Orders under $750 incur a delivery charge of $50. Delivery is complimentary for orders exceeding the above amounts. All delivery charges are excluding any applicable import duties and taxes.

Do you install lights?

No, however our products are provided with specific step by step installation instructions.

Is the pendant rod adjustable on site?

How do I clean my light?

Please take care when cleaning, avoid the use of abrasive substances and materials; simply dust metal, stone and glass using a dry, lint-free cloth as required. Which light bulbs do I need?

CTO Lighting products require various light bulbs. Please refer to the individual data sheets supplied with your light for light bulb specification. Alternatively, please contact the CTO Lighting Sales Team by email or call +44 (0) 207 686 8700, with the name of the light.

What is integrated LED?

Integrated LED lights have the LEDs built into the light fixture itself, so there is no requirement for a bulb.

What is your return policy?
