At Berkley House, light and material are carefully composed to shape how the home is lived in. Designed as a place of calm and connection, the project demonstrates how considered illumination brings depth and atmosphere to every space.
In the dining room, a trio of PETRA Pendants hangs above a generous marble table, their sculptural forms anchoring the room with mood and presence. A restrained, monochromatic palette allows materiality and texture to take the lead, creating an environment suited to gathering, celebration, and quiet moments alike. Neutral hues drawn from the lower end of the visual spectrum introduce a sense of calm, while layered finishes add warmth and comfort.
As the house unfolds, lighting becomes part of the architecture itself. ABSTRACT Wall Lights rise along the staircase, forming a dramatic, contemporary rhythm that reads as an art installation in motion. In the lounge, a TREVI Pendant introduces calm structure, balancing reflection and form to create a space that feels grounded and refined.
The bedrooms are designed as spaces for rest and restoration. Gentle tones and layered textures encourage stillness, while lighting remains subtle and purposeful. NIMBUS Wall Lights beside the bed offers a softly diffused glow and sculptural presence, while ARRAY OPAL Wall Lights in the second bedroom bring quiet elegance through opal glass and refined form.
Thoughtfully lit and intentionally restrained, Berkley House reflects a belief that comfort and wellbeing are shaped by detail – with lighting playing a discreet yet vital role throughout.
